The DSP - HCBS Sleep Night Staff role provides evening assistance, overnight sleep, and morning routines, with a 3-day workweek and weekend premium pay. Pay starts at $16.44/hour with higher rates for weekend shifts; education/experience incentives are

Direct Support Professional (DSP) - HCBS - Sleep Night Staff

Start your evening assisting clients with evening routines, then sleep overnight, unless clients need support, in the morning help them with morning routines before leaving for the day.

Position Type:

Full‑time positions currently available:

1. The schedule provides an average of 203 days off a year with just a 3 day work week.


2. Receive Premium Pay (1.5 times base wage) for any Weekend Hours.

Schedule:

Thursday 9PM-9AM Friday-Saturday 8PM-8AM

Wage:

Starts at $16.44/hour (and a premium rate of pay offered for week shifts at $24.66/hour)

1. Additional pay for 1 or more years work experience in HCBS setting.


2. Additional pay for college related education for AA or BS/BA; or CMA/CNA Certifications as well.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:

  • Use of personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement available)
  
  
  • Minimum insurance requirements: $25,000 bodily injury liability (found on Declarations page of your policy)
