Average Starting Pay: $21.58-23.04 per hour (blended between regular and weekend premium hourly pay rates).

We are seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals to support children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. We support children and adults with complex medical and behavioral needs.
Enjoy an average of 203 days off per year with a 3-day work week or 152 days off per year with a 4-day work week. 12-13 hour shifts.
- About the wage: The average wage advertised is based on a 36-hour per week schedule, where 24 weekday hours are paid at a lower base rate of pay and 12 weekend hours are paid a time-and-one-half premium pay. You can expect to earn the average pay rate per hour, even though some hours will be lower and some hours will be higher.

Our team members do it all; from helping someone get dressed and bath, to transporting and grocery shopping, to stopping by a concert and going fishing. The DSP is the personal assistant to someone in living their life. The work is very demanding, rewarding, and essential for our community to ensure ALL have access to a meaningful and dignified life.
