RISE in Kingman, AZ is hiring a Service Coordinator to oversee Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and Managed Care (MC) programs. This safety-sensitive role provides leadership to Direct Support Professionals and supports the people and families we serve.
Responsibilities include managing HCBS program operations, maintaining licensing and contractual compliance, payroll and billing documentation, and building partnerships with clients, guardians and funding agencies.

RISE has an exciting opening to hire a Service Coordinator to oversee our Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) and Managed Care (MC) programs. The Service Coordinator is considered a safety sensitive position. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional experienced in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and the elderly to provide leadership and support to our Direct Support Professional staff along with the people and families we serve.
