Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers for in-home senior care in California. You will ensure safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes and tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

We offer a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-ins with flexible schedules and various shift options.

Qualifications

• Must have caregiving experience and be 18+.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification available through us.
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, light housework, and meal prep.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and companionship.
• Support with incontinence and dementia care, transfers, and ADLs.
