Job summary

Touchmark at Fairway Village seeks a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (HCA) to support residents in their homes across Southwest Washington. We offer part-time shifts with open availability including days, swing, and weekends, and we will pay for CNA/HCA training if needed.

As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring a compassionate presence while protecting dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Obtain a Washington state CNA or HCA certificate within 120 days of hire or have an active CNA.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid and Food Handler certification if needed.
• Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, mobility and toileting.
• Provide a warm, positive presence to residents and their families.
• Maintain compassion, trust, and respect in all interactions.

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (HCA).

We currently have part-time shifts available!

Looking for those with OPEN availability including Days, Swing and Weekends!

As a Caregiver with Touchmark Home Care, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, as needed - activities such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

• Obtain a Washington state CNA or HCA certificate within 120 days of hire or have an active Washington state CNA certificate. A Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable.
• Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid and Food Handlers Certification if you don’t already have one
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
