Qualifications

• Own a category, marketplace, P&L or cross-functional growth agenda and demonstrate measurable business results.
• Analytical and commercial judgment with ability to size opportunities and understand category economics.
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to align senior partners without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own the HBW category strategy and business plan; set growth agenda and priorities across supply, demand, assortment, and economics.
• Shape supply strategy by translating demand, density, quality, and context into markets, services, and merchant profiles.
• Build integrated demand plan and prioritize category initiatives with Marketing, Merchandising, campaigns, search, and CRM.
• Improve category economics; set pricing, take rate, and promotions within agreed parameters.
