Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or CS.
• Coursework in Digital Logic, CMOS, Computer Architecture, VLSI, or similar.
• Familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL and software languages (Python, C/C++).
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HBM memory and logic design activities, including RTL development, circuit implementation, simulation, verification, and analysis.
• Develop scripting and AI-assisted workflows to improve design productivity and debugging.
• Perform timing, power, and functional analysis of HBM subsystems and support design reviews and investigations.
• Collaborate with Design Verification, Physical Design, CAD, and Product Engineering teams to support projects.
• Document methodologies, results, and insights to support ongoing improvement.
