Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fundamental CMOS circuit design knowledge and semiconductor device physics.
• Experience with schematic entry and circuit simulation tools like FineSim and HSPICE.
• Familiarity with Verilog modeling and state machine logic.
• Proficiency in Python, TCL, or Perl and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize memory, logic, and analog circuits for HBM products, including layout support.
• Perform circuit verification, parasitic modeling, and simulations to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to satisfy floor planning, routing, manufacturability, and quality goals.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Test, and Process teams to support development and ramps.
• Leverage AI-Assisted tools to improve design efficiency and data-driven decisions.
