Job summary

CHS Inc. in Jamestown, ND seeks a full-time CDL A Truck Driver to deliver refined fuels and propane to CHS locations. The role is majority home daily with a 5 on 2 off schedule, requiring safe, efficient driving and adherence to all regulations.

You will complete pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and ensure proper loading/unloading, with extended hours during peak season. Candidates must have Hazmat/Tanker endorsements and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, transportation or logistics.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway signs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commodities to customer locations in a safe, punctual, and efficient manner.
• Complete daily maintenance report and notify shop supervisor of any needed repairs.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections as well as loading and unloading products.
• Follow guidelines for hauling bulk liquid products including Petroleum, Propane and Ammonia.
• Maintain electronic logs and on-board computer with each shipment.
• Utilize loading arms and hoses for loading and unloading.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies and regulations.
• Work extended hours in-season to meet business demands – may include weekends.

We are looking for a full time CDL A Truck Driver in the Jamestown, ND area to deliver refined fuels and propane gas to CHS customer locations in a safe and efficient manner. This is a majority home daily position with a 5 on 2 off schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commodities to customer locations in a safe, punctual, and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements.

Additional Qualifications

• Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs, walk, stand, sit, bend, and kneel.
