Job summary

Maersk, a global container logistics leader, is seeking a Training Center Manager for its USA operations in Cedar Hill, Texas. The role leads onboarding and workforce training, builds governance, and ensures readiness of the Training Center while hands-on during startup phases.

You will deliver training, establish metrics, collaborate with Operations and People Partners, and drive continuous improvement in training processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own site training strategy, governance, quality standards, and execution.
• Lead training for Operations leaders and other designated roles.
• Personally deliver training during startup, growth, or staffing gaps.
• Ensure training reflects approved procedures and current operational realities.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule floor-based training with minimal disruption.
• Maintain training materials and documentation with governance and version control.
