Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a professional truck driver to operate and maintain tractor/trailer units for pickups and deliveries of hazardous materials in Jamestown, NC. You will ensure load safety and regulatory compliance while using Samsara e-Logging and ePOD devices to document trips and receipts.

The role requires a valid CDL-A with HazMat/Tanker endorsements, manual/automatic transmission driving ability, and the stamina to lift heavy drums as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL-A with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English.
• Must be able to pass company drug tests and meet DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tractor/trailer/tanker for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure safety and compliance of loads.
• Use Samsara e-Logging Device to manage driver status and routing.
• Use ePOD to capture delivery receipts and shipment documents.
• Perform duties to complete proper deliveries and pickups.
