Univar Solutions USA Inc is seeking a professional CDL-A driver to operate and maintain tractor-trailer and tanker equipment for pickups and deliveries in Providence, RI. This role requires compliance with DOT rules, HazMat and Tanker endorsements, and the ability to handle heavy loads and long drives.

You will use Samsara e-Logging and ePOD devices to manage duties and document delivery receipts, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across loads.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English.
• Valid Class A CDL license (with HazMat and Tanker endorsements) and no restrictions.
• Ability to use and maintain respiratory protections equipment.
• 22 years old or older.
• 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.

Aufgaben

• Pick-up and delivery of hazardous materials and wastes.
• Ensure safety and compliance of load.
• Use onboard Samsara e-Logging Device manage proper driver duty statuses and planned freight order delivery routing sequencing.
• Use ePOD device to accurately capture customer delivery receipt of goods and other relevant shipment documents.
• Perform all other duties as required to make proper deliveries and pick-ups for customers.
