Job summary

Univar Solutions in Providence, RI, is seeking a CDL-A driver to pick up and deliver hazardous materials and wastes. You will operate tractor/trailer, ensure load safety, and comply with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English.
• 2+ years of CDL-A driving experience.
• Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.
• Must pass company drug tests and meet DOT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up and delivery of hazardous materials and wastes
• Ensure safety and compliance of load
• Use onboard Samsara e-Logging Device to manage driver duty statuses and routing
• Use ePOD device to capture delivery receipts and documents
• Perform all other duties to complete deliveries and pickups for customers
