Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, environmental science, occupational safety, business administration, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and operational experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hazardous materials warehouse and distribution operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and other regulations.
• Lead incident investigations, safety programs, and audits.
• Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and hourly staff.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, Transportation, and Operations teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
