Job summary

LyondellBasell in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Supply Chain Compliance professional to lead transportation regulatory programs across the Americas. You will act as SME for Customers, LSPs, and LYB facilities, ensuring safe, compliant transportation of LYB products.

The role reports to the Global Compliance Manager and offers a competitive base salary, bonus, 401K matching, generous benefits, pension, parking subsidy and employee discounts. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant, industry-related experience.
• Ability to influence across LYB to ensure regulatory compliance in the Americas.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation regulatory compliance programs and initiatives.
• Act as SME for Customers, LSPs, LYB facilities regarding transportation incidents and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Americas.
• Train plant personnel on best practices in transportation of LYB products.
• Develop long-range plans and KPIs in logistics compliance.
• Provide guidance on handling hazardous products and SAP DG module usage.
