Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Logistics Operations professional to direct domestic truck movements and manage LSP services for North America. You will support continuous improvement and cost/service optimization in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Logistics Operations Manager at the North American Headquarters in Houston, with a competitive salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ relevant, industry-related experience.
• Knowledge of order entry systems, tracking systems, delivery planning, rail and truck operations.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule; good judgment in logistics decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic truck movements for North America Manufacturing operations.
• Serve as main contact for Account Specialists, Plant Logistics Specialists, Operations Planners, Sales and third-party LSPs.
• Control logistics operations to optimize cost and service.
• Provide analytical support to monitor quality, service, and cost performance.
