Job summary

Hepaco, a Clean Harbors, is seeking a Field Services Technician I in Greenville, SC to join our safety-conscious team. The role performs tasks related to hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and decontamination, with on-site responsibilities in varied environments.

The position requires physical stamina, the ability to operate equipment, and adherence to safety policies. Training academy provided; travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks.
• On-call emergency response on rotating basis; weekends/holidays may be required.
• Background check, drug test, and medical/physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety policies and work safely in the field.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and hand tools in hazardous waste cleanup.
• Assist in site remediation, decontamination, and waste handling.
• Participate in field sampling and calibration of meters.
• Work extended shifts and be on-call for emergency response.
