Job summary

Clean Harbors in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily service line operations. You will ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently and that job documentation is completed promptly.

The role requires coordinating crew activities, training Technicians I and II, and maintaining safety standards while meeting client requirements. Training is provided via a two-week out-of-state academy with expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Environmental field service ops, construction, manufacturing, or similar experience.
• Travel overnight up to 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Trailer/pick-up truck towing preferred.
• Interface with clients and management.
• Manage project-related vendors.
• Review and reconcile job documentation.
• Work in confined spaces when required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Complete background check, drug test, and physical when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority and follow safe practices.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operability.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting jobs.
• Lead and train technicians in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Provide safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Meet deadlines and optimize resource use.
• Complete service paperwork and submit to management.
