Job summary

Parts Town seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Hazardous Materials to lead HazMat strategy, compliance, and training across our manufacturing, distribution and facility operations. You will partner with Legal, Operations, Supply Chain and external regulators to ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance.

5+ years HazMat experience, 40-hour HAZWOPER, and a related bachelor’s degree are required; CHMM/CSP/CIH or similar certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Environmental Health & Safety experience with HazMat responsibility.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification required.
• CHMM/CSP/CIH or similar certification advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hazardous Materials Management Program and policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and state agencies.
• Oversee hazMat inventory, SDS and material traceability.
• Coordinate emergency planning and HazMat response activities.
• Design, develop and deliver HazMat training across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve safety.
