Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years driving experience or truck driver training.
• No preventable accidents or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Current medical examiner's certificate or ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat endorsement or possibility to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• 2+ years experience in plant/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Reading and writing in English required.
• Must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Unload and deliver products to customer use points.
• Record quantities and styles of products delivered and picked up.
• Complete Hazardous Materials shipping paperwork per DOT/TC regulations.
• Placard vehicle according to hazmat regs and company standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify vehicle maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs.
• Operate forklift and other plant equipment.
• Prepare warehouse transfer orders and paperwork for shipment.
• Maintain quality control documentation per procedures.
• Load/unload weekly shuttle truck and manage inventory entries.
