Job summary

ITW Pro Brands in Tucker, GA is seeking a Logistic/Distribution Warehouse Lead to oversee daily shipping and distribution activities, including domestic and international shipments and hazardous materials handling.

The role provides hands-on leadership, cross-training, and collaboration across departments to meet customer commitments, safety standards, and operational goals while optimizing workflows and container shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate preferred.
• Minimum five years in shipping, distribution or warehouse.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience.
• Hazmat shipping certification and experience.
• Minimum five years forklift experience, stand‑up preferred.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
• Proficiency with FedEx, UPS, MS Office, and WMS.
• Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping and distribution activities, including workload planning and scheduling.
• Plan and prioritize customer orders for timely delivery.
• Provide guidance and cross‑training to shipping staff.
• Maintain accurate shipping, export and hazmat documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and carriers.
• Ensure hazmat compliance and safe handling procedures.
• Support 5S, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and delays.
• Monitor performance and escalate issues to management.
