Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee domestic and international logistics within a manufacturing setting.

The role includes shipping/receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and storage of materials, with emphasis on hazardous material handling and regulatory compliance. You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with Sales, Operations, EHS, and other teams, and optimize freight costs while maintaining safety standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
• International logistics/shipping experience.
• Hands-on inventory management experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct shipping and receiving activities for domestic and international orders.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous material shipments per requirements.
• Coordinate with EHS and other departments on storage and safety.
• Oversee warehouse operations and supervise staff.
• Review receipts against POs and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Evaluate freight carriers, invoices, and costs; manage freight claims.
• Maintain budgets and promote safety and continuous learning.
