Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines seeks a Linehaul Driver to move freight between service centers and designated points. You will operate a tractor-trailer (single or double) across diverse routes, receive dispatches, and verify loads and paperwork for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements include 21+ years old, 6 months driving experience, valid CDL A with Hazmat/Tanker/Doubles endorsements, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests. Pay is $0.892 per mile.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 6 months driving experience.
• Valid Driver's License and CDL A with Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements.
• Ability to pass background check and alcohol/drug test.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Transport freight between service centers or designated points.
• Operate a tractor-trailer (single or double) in various areas and weather conditions.
• Receive and verify dispatch instructions and load against shipping documents.
• Verify hazardous material paperwork and proper placarding.
• Promote superior customer service and professionalism.
