Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must read and write English.
• Two years' consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten years; no serious violations in the past 2 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, 10-12 stops per day, with paperwork and customer service.
• Count and record delivered and picked up quantities and styles.
• Complete hazmat shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify maintenance needs and coordinate vehicle repairs.
• Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet goals.
• Learn about Linde’s operations to support growth.
