Job summary

Environmental Restoration LLC is hiring a Truck Driver based in LaSalle, IL to assist with hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, and equipment decontamination. The role involves handling hazardous materials and operating light to heavy equipment in challenging conditions, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of CDL experience, a Class B CDL (HazMat/Tanker preferred), and are willing to obtain OSHA 40-hour certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL.
• Class B CDL required; HazMat and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and physical exam.
• Eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Willingness to obtain OSHA (40 hour) Certification.
• Able to work on-call as business needs require.
• Physically able to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in confined spaces and wear respirator.

Responsibilities

• Follows HEALTH and SAFETY PROS: Pause, Review, Observe, Start.
• Performs non-emergency and emergency response to biological/chemical materials.
• Works in all weather conditions and physically intensive environments.
• Operates light and heavy equipment: skid steers, forklifts, pressure washers.
• Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
