Job summary

RBW Logistics is seeking a CDL-A driver to support port drayage, dry van freight, and regional transfers. You will uphold DOT/FMCSA rules, conduct inspections, and manage hazardous materials transport with precision.

You will log using ELD, coordinate with dispatch, and help ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires 1–2 years’ drayage experience, and offers a comprehensive rewards package with health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with Hazmat endorsement required.
• Deep knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations including hours of service and hazmat requirements.
• Clean driving record and MVR per FMCSA standards; able to pass DOT drug test and background screening.
• Ability to read, follow instructions, perform basic math, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates CDL-A truck for port drayage, dry van deliveries, and local/regional transfers.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections and handles hazardous materials per DOT hazmat rules.
• Maintains accurate ELD logs and submits daily paperwork; updates Load entries in Drive Axle.
• Communicates with dispatch to support on-time, accurate deliveries; follows route instructions.
