Job summary

JARBO is hiring a full-time Hazmat Branch Manager in Great Bend, Kansas. You will lead environmental emergency response operations and manage hazardous materials incidents.

The ideal candidate will oversee spill response, participate in emergency response teams, and ensure safety compliance. A salary range of $100,000–$125,000 is offered based on experience. Benefits include medical insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a field operations environment.
• Ability to pass MVR, background, and drug/alcohol screenings.
• Experience in environmental services or hazardous waste preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct emergency response operations, including spill response and recovery.
• Recruit, hire, and manage branch personnel.
• Implement processes for regulatory compliance and safety.

Skills

Supervisory or management experience

Valid driver's license

English proficiency

Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
