Job summary

Environmental Compliance Consultants inc. (ECC) seeks a Junior Technician at Eielson AFB to support environmental and industrial services. You will assist with waste handling, spill response, and system maintenance, following safety plans and procedures.

This entry-level role welcomes 0-5 years of experience and offers robust training and benefits. You will work closely with senior staff, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to safe operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient waste

Qualifications

Safety-oriented mindset with commitment to procedures and policies.
0-5 years' experience in industrial services or environmental waste management.
Pass pre-employment drug test and background checks for government access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Adhere to safety program requirements and ensure personal and team safety.
Assist in collection, handling, labeling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.
Support maintenance and inspection of industrial systems and equipment.
Participate in spill response activities and environmental sampling.
Document data from waste management, sampling, and maintenance tasks.
