Job summary

Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Process Technician 2 to support sorting, packing, and transportation of radioactive materials in Oak Ridge, TN. You will operate sorting, shredding, and repackaging equipment and maintain logs and reports for material integrity.

The role requires reading and interpreting documents, strict safety compliance, PPE use, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; forklift and crane certifications, Hazwoper, DOE Rad Worker II, and RCRA qualifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and packs materials into containers for transportation.

• Conducts facility inspection rounds to ensure safety.
• Reviews documentation for accuracy of radioactive shipments.
