TEEMA Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Hazardous Waste & Shipping/Receiving Technician to manage environmental waste operations and support warehouse logistics. You will ensure regulatory compliance and operate within a safety-focused, high-purity manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational habits and meticulous record-keeping.
• Ability to safely lift and maneuver waste containers.
• Forklift/pallet jack operation capability (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Track and document all facility-generated waste streams, quantities, and sources with regulatory manifests.
• Oversee waste collection across plant departments; ensure proper labeling and containment.
• Operate in-house waste-treatment systems and coordinate outbound pickups with vendors.
• Perform routine safety inspections of waste accumulation areas and label compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS, Production, and Lab to drive environmental improvements.
• Inspect, log, and stage inbound materials; verify against POs using ERP.
• Package and document outbound shipments, including BOLs and hazardous materials paperwork.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks; support cycle counts and inventory layout.
