Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with policy and regulations
• Cardinal task: loading/unloading trucks and railcars per OSHA, EPA, DOT rules
• Read and record local instrumentation; sample analysis for quality
• Containment, cleanup, packing, labeling of hazardous waste per HAZWOPER, RCRA rules
• Troubleshoot process equipment and address irregularities
• Participate in plant safety program and monthly safety inspections
• Inspect vessels/equipment to prevent failures; keep plant clean
• Assist in maintenance, turnarounds, lockout/tag-out, confined space entries
• Support emergency response plans and mitigation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
