Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Plant Supervisor to guide teams and ensure safe, timely processing across a hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facility. You will monitor equipment and workloads, uphold safety, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain production goals.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and 2+ years in environmental health and safety, with a high-school diploma.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in environmental field.
• 2+ years of environmental, health and safety experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to team members while monitoring equipment and workloads to ensure safe and timely completion of processing across a hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facility.
• Schedules, plans, and guides employees in their tasks to meet production goals safely and efficiently.
• Develops, maintains, and initiates reports for leadership review or as required by regulations and company policies.
• Trains new employees in company procedures and monitors adherence to goals and metrics.
• Partners with various areas at the facility to ensure smooth flow of material.
• Ensures work areas and equipment are inspected and repairs reported.
• Participates in hiring and evaluation processes as needed.
• Takes on additional duties to support the team.
