Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads and processes solid and liquid waste safely in accordance with Company, Federal, State and Local rules and regulations
• Operates a fork truck and Bobcat with attachments
• Directs liquid waste through a system of pumps to tanks for storage
• Performs basic spill cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed
• Reviews laboratory data to determine proper handling and disposal of materials
• Utilizes Department of Transportation (DOT) knowledge to match and label inbound materials for storage and shipping of containers to other sites
• Maintains operating areas, walls, pipes, and floors in a clean and safe condition
• Utilizes knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT, OSHA and permit regulations
