Job summary

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to perform physical functions per key responsibilities.
• On-call emergency response may be required, including weekends/holidays.
• Must perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test, and physical may be required per position.
• Compliance with respiratory protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies and safe practices.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects.
• Operate light and heavy equipment and various hand tools and powered tools.
• Wear and correctly use PPE including respirators and protective clothing.
• Work in different temperatures, indoors and outdoors, in all weather.
• Work around hazardous, toxic, or corrosive substances.
• Work in noisy, confined spaces and at heights on ladders/scaffolding.
• Assist in field sampling and calibration of meters.
• Attend compliance and safety meetings.
• Safe loading/unloading of waste and conduct waste sampling as needed.
