Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of hazardous materials management and environmental compliance.
• Ability to independently lead complex environmental compliance programs.
• Experience interpreting EPA, Ecology, OSHA, PHMSA, DOT, Coast Guard, and related regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead hazardous materials management and regulatory compliance across WSF vessels and facilities (EHMF).
• Oversee hazardous waste storage, profiling, transport, disposal, inspections, and documentation; manage regulatory reports.
• Authorize hazardous materials transportation requests and ensure DOT/PHMSA compliance.
• Coordinate with Industrial Hygiene and Safety teams on exposure controls and corrective actions.
• Develop policies, procedures, and training; drive cross-functional safety improvements.
• Manage EHMF environmental compliance including waste, wastewater, site safety, and permits under DOE/EPA rules.
• Update SWPPP and WQMP; conduct wet-weather and stormwater inspections.
