Job summary

BWC Terminals LLC is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely unload and load hazardous and non-hazardous liquids at our Gretna, FL site. You will handle trucks, railcars, and tanks, following strict procedures and safety policies.

The role requires basic math, color discernment, and ability to work overtime or rotating shifts. A valid driver’s license and TWIC card are required, with training provided for equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 0-2 years of terminal operator experience. On-the-job training acceptable for equipment maintenance.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service focus.
• Ability to distinguish colors.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or rotating shifts.
• Ability to become certified to operate motor vehicles, track mobiles, forklifts, boilers, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load/unload hazardous and non-hazardous trucks and railcars.
• Complete all loading/unloading per established procedures.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with tank alignments for transfers/blends and operate valves.
• Perform or assist maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Interact with coworkers and visitors professionally.
• Identify problems, use judgment, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Report to work on time and adapt to workload demands.
