Job summary

Amprius Technologies in Fremont, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle, move, store, pack and ship batteries. You will prepare shipments, receive inventory and keep the warehouse organized and safe.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months warehouse experience, and ability to operate forklift and basic computer tools; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse.
• Experience handling hazardous materials is a must.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and Excel.
• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and scanner.
• Team player with dependable attendance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow shipping orders and prepare shipments.
• Record shipment and inventory statuses in the database.
• Prepare shipments on-time and accurately.
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange loading instructions.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Receive duties, unload, unpack, and check against invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts in the system.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned and handle hazardous materials.
