Job summary

George J. Priester Aviation is seeking a highly experienced PIC to lead safe, efficient flight operations. You will conduct comprehensive preflight planning, manage CREW resources, and ensure excellent passenger service while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior crew, completing reports, and upholding training and medical requirements. Expect a competitive compensation package with relocation support negotiable.

Qualifications

• 3,000 TT; 1,500 PIC; 1,500 MEL; 500 multi-engine PIC; 500 jet; 250 IFR. (250 PIC in type preferred.)
• ATP (multi-engine land, unrestricted) and current First-Class Medical.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise authority as Pilot in Command for each flight.
• Conduct complete preflight planning: weather analysis, routing, fuel planning, and airworthiness verification.
• Lead Crew Resource Management with clear communication and teamwork.
• Provide a polished passenger experience and act as primary in-flight contact.
• Engage in Safety Management System and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor First Officers and flight crew for growth.
• Complete trip reports, logbook entries, and report safety concerns.
• Maintain training, medical, and currency; keep crew records up to date.
