Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a Hawaiian-speaking Food & Beverage Host (Olelo) for full-time employment. You will greet, seat, and assist Guests, take orders in a fast-paced resort environment, and ensure a magical guest experience throughout the shift.

You will operate the POS system, handle cash, and coordinate with team members to deliver food and beverage services with hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage in conversational Hawaiian and provide exceptional guest service in both Hawaiian and English.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong hospitality and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests, greets and seats them, and assists with to-go orders.
• Enter orders in POS system and verify by repeating back to guest.
• Suggests additional items when appropriate and processes payments.
• Interact with guests to provide directions, event information, and show schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock serving areas to ensure quality presentation.
