Qualifications

5+ years in commercial construction Project Management.
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, contracts and cost controls.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
Experience coordinating owners, architects, engineers and field teams.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through project closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
Oversee contract administration, change orders, and subcontractor agreements.
Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure scope alignment.
Lead project meetings and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes and quality expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.
