Job summary

EAH Housing on Oahu seeks a full-time Property Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of properties with focus on fiscal, physical, and operational management. You will supervise staff and report financials to partners and agencies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years multi-site property management, knowledge of HUD/TCAC/DFEH/ADA guidelines, and a Hawaii Real Estate license or willingness to obtain within 9 months. DOE.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of multi-site property supervision.
• Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between site and central office and conducts monthly meetings.
• Responsible for file compliance at each property in portfolio.
• Works with Development on new acquisitions and developments.
• Maintains financial benchmarks and analyzes monthly financials for each property.
• Conducts site visits 2x monthly to each site and maintains physical assets.
• Supervises assistants, property managers, floating managers and site staff.
