Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Resident Manager I to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple Oahu locations in Hawaii. Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience and knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and variance reports.
• Skills in resident problem solving and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents, make bank deposits, prepare rent roll, verify income.
• Comply with HUD, TCAC or other regulations.
• Maintain waiting list, prepare and process leases.
• Supervise on-site staff.
• Process evictions, conduct annual inspections and coordinate repairs.
• For HUD properties, submit vouchers.
