ProService Hawaii is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Mid Market team. Based in Hawaii Kai with a hybrid schedule, you will drive a steady flow of qualified meetings and build account plans across target segments.

You will represent ProService at chamber events and industry associations, qualify leaders, articulate the full ProService bundle, and partner with Marketing to broaden our pipeline. Success means hitting activity targets and growing the Hawaii market.

Qualifications

• Outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of turning prospects into meetings.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and listening skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and prospecting platforms such as Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator.

Responsabilités

• Build pipeline and qualify leads through mid-market targets.
• Represent ProService at events and associations to grow network and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify owners, executives, and HR/finance leaders and hand off to Mid Market Managers.
• Manage pipeline in Salesforce and collaborate with Marketing on outreach.
