Cherokee Federal, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI, is seeking a Community Planner (Mid) to lead long-range installation planning and maintain the Installation Development Plan (IDP). You will ensure facility siting, land use, transportation networks, and development actions support mission requirements while complying with Air Force and DoD standards.

Responsibilities include developing and updating the IDP and related plans; reviewing siting requests; preparing compliance certificates;

Qualificações

• CAC is required and DoD clearance is needed.
• Prolonged desk work; occasional standing or moving.
• Pre-employment qualifications must be passed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, maintenance, and updates of the IDP and related plans.
• Review DD Form 1391 packages for alignment with IDP and planning requirements.
• Prepare Certificates of Compliance and maintain a planning log.
• Analyze mission changes and environmental constraints affecting development.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and planning teams; document meetings and outcomes.
