Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant License required in Hawaii.
• Effective communication skills to educate clients and families.
• Ability to accurately document client care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in attaining optimal physical wellbeing.
• Implement individualized care plans and therapeutic exercises.
• Document interventions, observations, and evaluations accurately.

Skills

Solid computer skills

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

Education

Graduated from a two-year college level program approved by the APTA

Two years of appropriate experience as PTA
