Zusammenfassung

SunStrong Management seeks a Field Service Supervisor in Hawaii who will serve as the Responsible Managing Employee for the Hawaii contractor license and lead a team of four Service Technicians across the islands. This full‑time, W‑2 role requires live residence in Hawaii and close coordination with the Hawaii-licensed electrician.

You will supervise licensing compliance, safety standards, and field operations, while using Salesforce and Power BI for reporting to Pacific region leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Hawaii contractor license (or ability to obtain promptly).
• Experience supervising service technicians.
• Ability to travel across Hawaiian islands.
• Experience with PV/inverter and battery storage systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and codes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as designated RME for Hawaii contractor license and maintain current licenses and classifications.
• Supervise 4 Service Technicians across the islands, manage priorities and performance.
• Lead field operations, route planning, and scheduling to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, PPE) and coordinate with Safety team on audits.
• Maintain parts, inventory, and vehicles; oversee local subcontractors.
• Report status, risks and staffing needs to Pacific region leadership using Salesforce and Power BI.
