Jamba Hawaii seeks a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple stores across the Hawaiian Islands. You will drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence while developing leaders and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach General Managers, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance. Expect travel across stores and a focus on accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in quick-service or multi-unit environments.
• Three (3) or more years of multi-unit leadership experience in quick-service, fast-casual, or multi-location operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate performance, product quality, and compliance with standards.
• Analyze sales, budgets, and KPIs to identify opportunities and drive action plans.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and coaching to maintain high standards across stores.
• Promote communication and collaboration across the district to improve efficiency and results.
