Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership in quick-service, food service, or multi-unit environments.
• Experience as General Manager or similar leadership role in multi-store operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational, financial, and people-management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop General Managers to achieve sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, product quality, and compliance with standards.
• Analyze sales and financial statements to identify opportunities and set action plans for improvement.
• Partner with General Managers to manage expenses and drive financial objectives.
• Support succession planning and leadership development across the district.
