You will participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success, with a focus on mentorship and development within our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to Panda standards and training through an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
