Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a General Manager for a leading Hawaii construction client to drive safety, financial performance, talent, business development, estimating and project operations. The role builds on strong relationships and proven project execution to enable durable growth.

The General Manager will shape strategy, develop leaders, manage risk and position the firm for a $50–100M portfolio, with credibility in both field and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in commercial building construction.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and units with P&L responsibility.
• Strong command of project financials, job-cost reporting and forecasting.
• Experience in estimating, bid review, and preconstruction planning.
• Experience attracting and developing project-management and craft talent.
• Established credibility with owners, design professionals and subcontractors.
• Desirable Hawaii market experience or strong local connections.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or technical school.
• Valid driver's license.
